Doshas are not organs you can see, but energy types or helpers in our body. When the three helpers work together nicely we feel healthy. When one helper becomes too strong or too weak we may feel sick.
Vata is the movement helper

Doshas are important because…
Ayurveda doctors first check which helper is out of balance.
Two people can have the same problem, but different doshas.
So they need different treatments.
For example:
- one person’s stomach pain may come from too much heat (Pitta)
- another’s may come from too much air (Vata)
That’s why Ayurveda gives personal treatment, not the same medicine for everyone. At Bahdrrasri Ayurveda we choose the treatment by first checking which dosha is out of balance. The goal is not just to remove symptoms, but to calm that dosha using the right food, herbs, routine, and therapies. Each person gets a personalized plan to bring their body back into natural balance.
